高职院校开展社会职业培训的途径探究——以渤海船舶职业学院为例

Exploration on the Ways of Developing Social Vocational Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校拥有雄厚的教育资源,开展职业培训是职业教育发展的必然趋势,是高职院校社会服务能力的重要体现。高职院校应以“服务”为思路,明确社会发展理念,通过制订教育培训管理体系、运用信息管理平台、优化教学资源管理、合理设置培训机构等有效途径,为社会提供高层次、多形式的职业培训。

Higher vocational colleges have abundant educational resources.Vocational training is an inevitable trend in the development of vocational education and an important embodiment of social service ability of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should take"service"as the thinking,clarify the concept of social development,and provide the society with high-level and multiple forms of vocational training through effective ways of formulating education and training management systems,using information management platforms,optimizing teaching resource management,and setting up training institutions reasonably.
