天麻及其提取物对老年性耳聋小鼠疗效的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨天麻及其提取物对老年性耳聋(AHL)小鼠的血清生理学指标和大脑听皮层神经元数量的影响。方法将昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、天麻粉组、天麻素组和天麻多糖组5组,每组8只,分别检测每组小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并观察各组小鼠大脑听皮层神经元数量的变化和组织检测结果。结果空白对照组与模型组比较,SOD活力、MDA含量、正常神经元和异常神经元含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05),AHL小鼠复制成功。药物组与模型组比较,正常神经元和异常神经元数量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);SOD活力、MDA含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);天麻多糖组较模型组SOD活力显著升高,MDA含量明显降低,天麻多糖组较天麻素组MDA含量明显降低。结论天麻及其提取物对AHL小鼠模型有一定治疗效果,其中天麻多糖效果最明显,天麻素次之,天麻粉效果最弱。 Objective To investigate effects on serum physiological indicators and numbers of brain auditory cortex neuron of age-related hearing loss AHL mices by Rhizoma Gastrodiae and its extract.Methods Kunming mices were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Gastrodiae Rhizoma powder group,gastrodin group and Gastrodiae Rhizoma polysaccharide group.The changes of SOD activity and MDA content in serum of five groups of mice were detected respectively.In the meantime,numbers of brain auditory cortex neuron of five groups of mice were observed and its pathological tissue were checked.Results SOD activity,MDA content,normal and abnormal neuron contents in blank control group and model group were significantly different(P>0.05).AHL mice were duplicated successfully.When drug groups were compared with model group,there was no statistically significant difference in the number of normal and abnormal neurons,but SOD activity and MDA content showed statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with model group,SOD activity significantly increased in Rhizoma Gastrodiae polysaccharides group while MDA content significantly decreased.And MDA content was significantly lower in Rhizoma Gastrodiae polysaccharides group than that in gastrodin group.Conclusion The Gastrodiae Rhizoma and its extract have certain therapeutic effects on age-related hearing loss.The effect of Rhizoma Gastrodiae polysaccharide is the most obvious,gastrodin is the second,Gastrodiae Rhizoma powder is the weakest.
