摘要
目的研究超声声速匹配组织量化技术(SVQ)对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)进行定量临床分型的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于南充市中心医院就诊,临床资料证实的NAFLD患者共127例,其中非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝(NAFL)患者60例,非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者67例,并选取健康体检者78例作为对照组,在进行超声检查的同时,应用SVQ技术,采集肝脏及右侧肾脏实质的声速指数(SSI),分析各组受试者肝脏SSI、肝肾SSI比值是否存在差异及变化趋势。结果NAFLD组与正常组肝脏SSI比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),NAFL组与正常组肝脏SSI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),NASH组与NAFL组肝脏SSI比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);以上各组间肝肾SSI均值比值进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声SVQ技术能够对NAFLD进行定量评价,为NAFLD的临床分型提供量化指标。
Objective To study the application value of sound velocity tissue quantification(SVQ)in clinical classification of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,a total of 127 patients with NAFLD confirmed by clinical data were selected from Nanchong Central Hospital,including 60 patients with non-alcoholic simple fatty liver(NAFL)and 67 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).And 78 healthy patients were selected as the normal control group.The sound speed index(SSI)of the liver and the right renal parenchyma was collected by using the SVQ technique at the same time of ultrasound examination,to analyze whether there was a difference in the SSI of the liver and the ratio of the liver SSI to kidney SSI in each group,and the variation trend as well.Results There was a statistically significant difference in liver SSI between NAFLD group and normal group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in liver SSI between NAFL group and normal group(P>0.05).The difference in SSI between the NASH group and the NAFL group was statistically significant(P<0.001).the ratio of the mean value of liver and kidney SSI between the above groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SVQ technology can quantitatively evaluate NAFLD and provide quantitative index for clinical classification of NAFLD.
