摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间计算机X线体层成像(CT)检查中低剂量CT扫描的可行性。方法选取2020年3月1-7日于四川省人民医院行胸部平扫CT检查的临床疑似新冠肺炎患者80例为研究对象,按扫描千伏的不同将患者分成试验组和对照组,每组40例,试验组扫描参数采用低千伏扫描,管电压80 kV,对照组采用常规参数扫描,管电压110 kV,比较两组图像质量和辐射剂量。结果两组患者年龄、体重指数(BMI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组图像质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组CT容积剂量指数、剂量长度乘积及有效剂量均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床疑似新冠肺炎患者使用80 kV胸部CT扫描在保证图像质量的前提下,同时还大幅度降低辐射剂量。
Objective To explore the feasibility of low-dose computed tomography(CT)scanning during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected COVID-19 underwent plain CT scan of the chest in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from March 1 to 7,2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the different scanning kilovolts,the patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Low parameter scanning was used in the test group,with tube voltage of 80 kV,while conventional parameter scanning was used in the control group,with tube voltage of 110 kV.Image quality and radiation dose were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in age and body mass index(BMI)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in image quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,CT volume dose index,dose length product and effective dose of the test group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 80 kV chest CT scan for clinically suspected COVID-19 patients can not only ensure the image quality,but also significantly reduce the radiation dose.
