药物联合曼陀罗绘画治疗抑郁障碍的效果分析

ClinicalEfficacy Analysis of Drug Therapy Combined with Mandala Painting Therapy in the Treatment of Depression

目的探讨曼陀罗绘画疗法联合药物治疗对抑郁障碍患者的疗效及社会功能影响。方法选取2019年5月绵阳市第三人民医院·四川省精神卫生中心收治的所有住院抑郁障碍患者78例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组39例。对照组给予盐酸舍曲林抗抑郁治疗;同时给予用药指导、饮食干预、康复训练、并发症预防等常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上联合绘画治疗。治疗前及干预4周后,评估两组抑郁焦虑程度、精神与社会功能。干预后比较两组临床疗效。结果两组性别、年龄、干预前病情严重程度、精神和社会功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后研究组社会功能、个人整洁程度优于对照组;易激惹、迟缓、抑郁低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组社会能力、精神病表现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组抑郁症状缓解差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曼陀罗绘画疗法联合药物治疗有助于缓解抑郁障碍患者焦虑抑郁症状,促进精神和社会功能的恢复,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Mandala Painting therapy combined with drug therapy on the clinical efficacy and social function of patients with depression.Methods A total of 78 inpatients with depression admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Mianyang in May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the study group(n=39)and the control group(n=39)by the random number table method.The control group was given sertraline hydrochloride for antidepressant therapy,as well as routine nursing intervention including medication guidance,diet intervention,rehabilitation training,and complication prevention.The study group received painting therapy on the basis of the control group.Depression and anxiety,mental and social function were assessed in both groups before treatment and 4 weeks after intervention.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after intervention.Results There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age and depression severity before intervention,mental and social functions(P>0.05).After intervention,the social function and personal neatness of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the levels of irritability,retardation and depression were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in social function and psychotic manifestation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the remission of depressive symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Mandala painting therapy and drug therapy can help alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and depression in patients with depression,promote the recovery of mental and social functions,and improve the therapeutic effect.
