脑电生物反馈治疗大学生手机依赖的效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察脑电生物反馈对大学生手机依赖的治疗效果。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法在成都某医学院抽取500名大学生进行问卷调查,获得有效问卷492份,筛查出手机依赖者139名(27.80%),依据自愿原则选出手机依赖者60名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30名。试验组进行生物反馈治疗,对照组暂不做任何处理。治疗前后分别对两组进行手机依赖量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)测定。结果试验组经过生物反馈治疗后,手机依赖量表得分有不同程度下降且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组手机依赖量表得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗前后的焦虑、强迫得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),右脑疲劳波振幅有不同程度的下降且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),皮电均有不同程度的下降且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑电生物反馈治疗可以降低手机依赖者的焦虑情绪,提高手机依赖者的心理和生理健康水平,从而对手机依赖者起到一定疗效。 Objective To observe the effect of the EEG biofeedback therapy on the mobile phone dependence(MPD)of College students.Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to investigate 500 college students in a medical college of Chengdu and 492 valid questionnaires were collected.A total of 139(27.80%)students with MPD were screened out.And 60 students with MPD were selected as the research objects according to the principle of voluntariness and randomly divided into experiment group and control group,with 30 students in each group.The experiment group was treated with EEG biofeedback therapy,while the control group was given no treatment.The post-test was conducted with Mobile Phone Dependence Scale(MPDS)and Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)were used for measurement before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The MPDS of the experiment group decreased by various degrees with statistical significance after EEG biofeedback therapy(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the MPDS score of the control group(P>0.05).In the experiment group,the scores of anxiety and compulsion were significantly different between before and after treatment(P<0.05),the fatigue wave amplitude of the right brain decreased by various degrees with statistical significance(P<0.01),and galvanic skin response also decreased by various degrees with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The EEG biofeedback therapy is effective for the students with MPD by reducing their anxiety and improving their psychological and physical health.
