不同婚姻状态护理人员心理健康状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Mental Health Status of Nurses in Different Marital Status

目的调查分析三级综合医院护士心理健康状况,为进一步采取有效的心理干预措施提供思路。方法于2019年4月16-21日选取四川省资阳市地区各三级综合医院护士共1636名,使用抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)对护士心理健康状况进行调查。结果在两组量表问卷调查结果中,不同婚姻状态在情绪、睡眠、焦虑等心理健康状态评价相关维度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论婚姻状态影响护理人员日常心理健康,医院或科室管理团队可增加护理人员心理建设,提升护理人员幸福感受度和归属感,改善护理人员心理健康状态。

Objective To investigate and analyze the mental health status of nurses in tertiary general hospitals,so as to provide ideas for taking effective psychological intervention measures.Methods From April 16 to 21,2019,a total of 1636 nurses from tertiary general hospitals in Ziyang City of Sichuan Province were selected and investigated for their mental health status by using depression screening scale(PHQ-9)and generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7).Results The questionnaire(PHQ-9,GAD-7)survey results showed statistically significant differences between different marital states in the relevant dimensions of the evaluation of mental health status such as mood,sleep and anxiety(P<0.05).Conclusion Marital status affects the daily mental health of nursing staff.The management team of hospital or nursing department should strengthen the psychological construction of nursing staff,improve their sense of happiness and belonging,so as to improve their mental health.
