血脂检验在诊断冠心病合并糖尿病中的临床意义

The clinical significance of blood lipid examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨血脂检验在诊断冠心病合并糖尿病中的临床意义。方法:选取2016年8至2019年8月期间聊城市第四人民医院收治的150例冠心病合并糖尿病患者和同期在该医院进行健康体检的150例健康人为研究对象。将其中150例冠心病合并糖尿病患者设为观察组,将其中150例健康人设为对照组。对两组受检者均进行常规的血脂检验,对比其检验结果。结果:与对照组受检者相比,观察组患者血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平较低,其血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)的水平均较高,P<0.05。两组受检者血清载脂蛋白A1(Apo-A1)的水平相比,P>0.05。结论:冠心病合并糖尿病患者血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及Apo-B等血脂指标的水平均可明显高于正常人。进行血脂检验可为临床上诊断冠心病合并糖尿病提供参考依据。

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of blood lipid test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.Methods:150 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes admitted to the Fourth People’s Hospital of Liaocheng city from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected as study subjects,and 150 healthy patients underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period.150 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes were set as the observation group,and 150 healthy people were set as the control group.The results of blood lipid test were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had lower levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and higher levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and apO-B(APO-B),P<0.05.The serum apolipoprotein A1(apo-a1)level of the two groups was compared with that of P>0.05.Conclusion:Serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and APO-B of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes were significantly higher than those of normal subjects.Blood lipid examination can provide reference for clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.
