某军队医院骨科2012-2018年住院军人病谱分析

Disease Spectrum Analysis of Military Inpatients in Orthopedic Department of a Military Hospital between 2012 and 2018

目的分析某军队医院骨科2012—2018年间1624名住院军人疾病构成情况,为了解军队骨科疾病及相关训练伤的发生发展规律、科学分配卫生资源、提高为部队服务效能、完善预防和卫勤保障工作提供依据。方法调阅2012—2018年骨科住院军人病案首页信息,以ICD-10为标准对研究对象进行分类整理、描述性分析。结果训练伤1277例(78.63%),关节损伤582例(35.84%),骨折533例(32.82%),膝关节半月板损伤215例(13.24%),膝关节韧带损伤平均住院时间最长,为(35.8±22.1)天,人均花费最高,为(28147±21278)元。结论数据明确指出训练伤、膝关节半月板、韧带损伤与骨折是骨科住院官兵重要的组成部分,必须采取积极、高效的措施加强防治,才能有效提高基层官兵的健康水平。

Objective To analyze the disease spectrum of 1624 orthopedic military inpatients in a hospital from 2012 to 2018 so as to provide the basis for understanding the development of orthopedic diseases and training injuries,allocating health resources scientifically,improving the service efficiency for the army and perfecting the prevention and medical support.Methods The first page information of orthopedic military inpatients from 2012 to 2018 was reviewed,and the data were classified and analyzed with ICD-10 as the standard.Results Of 1624 patients,1277 cases(78.63%)had training injury,582 cases(35.84%)had joint injury,533 cases(32.82%)had fracture,the maximum number of patients with meniscus injury of knee was 215(13.24%),and the longest mean hospitalization time of knee ligament injury was(35.8±22.1)d and the highest per capita hospitalization expense was(28147±21278)RMB.Conclusion Training injury,knee meniscus,ligament injury and fracture are the major reasons for hospitalization of orthopedic military inpatients.It is necessary to take active measures to strengthen the prevention and treatment in order to effectively improve the health level of grassroots officers and soldiers.
