儿童医院科研发展现况

Current Situation of Scientific Research Development in Children’s Hospital

目的分析儿童医院近年在科研立项及获得国家级科研成果奖等方面的整体情况,通过与综合性医院进行比较,了解儿童医院科研现状及问题,为今后加快发展提供建议举措。方法通过文献研究法获取相关数据,采用横向比较,对儿童医院与综合性医院进行比较分析。结果儿童医院近年在国家自然科学基金项目立项及获得国家科学技术奖等方面与综合性医院相差甚远,存在很大的提升空间。结论儿童医院普遍存在优秀专业技术人才紧缺、儿科医师诊疗负担过重、研究队伍规模小及现行的科研评审体系等问题。建议在现行的评审体系下增设儿科专业组予以政策支持、加快儿科医学人才培养、鼓励开展跨学科的研究及加快建设专职科研队伍等,以快速提高儿童医院整体的科研创新能力。

Objective To analyze the overall situation of children’s hospitals in recent years in terms of scientific research projects and national scientific research achievement awards,to understand the current scientific research status and problems of children’s hospitals,and to provide suggestions and measures for future development.Methods Relevant data were obtained through literature research method and children’s hospitals and general hospitals were compared and analyzed using horizontal comparison.Results In recent years,children’s hospitals were far behind the general hospitals in terms of NSFC projects and national science and technology awards,and there was a lot of room for improvement.Conclusion Children’s hospitals are facing the shortage of excellent professional and technical personnel,the heavy burden of pediatricians’diagnosis and treatment,the small scale of research team and the current scientific research evaluation system.It is suggested that a pediatric professional group should be set up under the current evaluation system to provide policy support,accelerate the training of pediatric medical talents,encourage interdisciplinary research and accelerate the construction of full-time scientific research team,so as to improve the overall scientific research and innovation ability of children’s hospitals.
