摘要
目的优化日间病房双休日手术临床运行指标。方法依据临床手术科室、麻醉手术平台、日间病房运行特点与规律,参考同行成功经验,通过确定手术范围与手术人员资质,建立考核基础信息字典库,计算激励补贴总量,明确发放路径,设定绩效考核公式与权重,开发绩效考核分配系统,并及时兑现绩效考核结果这一绩效激励方案,统计该方案实施期间的手术量及患者满意度。结果2015年11月至2018年10月,双休日手术量共计完成5943例次,患者平均待床时间由10天减为5天,患者满意度由96%提高到99%。结论合理的绩效激励,可调动人员积极性,提高工作效率,减少患者待床时间,提高患者满意度。
Objective To optimize clinical performance indicators for weekend surgery in day wards.Methods According to the characteristics and laws of the operation of clinical surgery department,anaesthetic surgery platform and day ward,and by refferring to the successful experience of peers,the scope of surgery and the qualification of surgical personnel was determined,a dictionary library of basic information for assessment was established to calculate the total amount of incentive subsidy,the path of distribution was defined,the performance appraisal formula and weight was set up,the performance appraisal distribution system was established and the performance appraisal results were provided in time to count the amount of surgery and patient satisfaction during the implementation of the program.Results A total of 5,943 surgeries were completed,the average length of patients waiting time was reduced from 10 days to 5 days,and patient satisfaction increased from 96%to 99%.ConclusionReasonable performance incentive can obviously mobilize the enthusiasm of personnel,improve work efficiency,reduce the average length of patients waiting time,and improve patient satisfaction.
