入伍新兵医学终级鉴定是退兵体格检查的最终鉴定,是保证部队兵员质量和服务部队战斗力的一项重要基础性工作。2019年入伍新兵医学终级鉴定工作及流程较以往有较大变动,把关更为严格,复检通过率不足50%。通过对2019年入伍新兵医学终级鉴定工作进行分析并总结,为以后工作提供借鉴和指导。

As last identification of the soldier’s physical examination,the final medical identification of enlisted recruits is an important task to ensure the quality of soldiers and serve combat effectiveness of the troops.The new recruit’s medical identification in 2019 changed evidently compared with the previous years,with stricter checks and a lower passing rate of less than 50%.This article analyzed and summarized the medical identification of 2019,and provided reference and guidance for future work.
