摘要
目的探究复方丹参注射液对早发型子痫前期患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及胎盘生长因子(PLGF)水平及妊娠危重结局的影响。方法收集医院早发型子痫前期患者68例,随机分为试验组和对照组各34例。对照组予以解痉、降压、镇静、扩容、利尿以及促进胎肺成熟等临床治疗方法。试验组在对照组基础上予以复方丹参注射液,两组均连续治疗7 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清IGF-1、PLGF水平及妊娠结局。结果治疗后与对照组相比,试验组血浆黏度以及D-二聚体较低,胎龄延长时间、新生儿体质量较高,新生儿死亡率较低,Apgar评分≥7新生儿率较高,血清IGF-1及PLGF水平较高,产后2 h出血量较低(P<0.05),两组产妇并发症发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液治疗早发型子痫前期的临床疗效显著,可能与上调IGF-1、PLGF水平,改善缺血缺氧状态有关。
Objective To explore the effect of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection on levels of IGF-1 and PLGF and pregnancy outcome of preeclampsiapatients with critical early onset. Methods Sixty-eight patients with early onset preeclampsia were collected and divided into the experimental group and the control group, 34 cases each. The control group received spasmodic, depressurization, sedation, dilatation, diuresis, and promoting fetal lung maturation treatment. The experimental group additionally received Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection, and two groups were treated for 7 days. The clinical efficacy, serum levels of IGF-1 and PLGF and pregnancy outcome were compared between two groups. Results Compared with those of the control group, levels of plasma viscosity and D-two dimer were lower. The gestational age extension time and neonatal weight were higher. The neonatal mortality rate was lower. The rate of Apgar scores more than 7 were higher, levels of serum IGF-1 and PLGF were higher, and 2 h postpartum hemorrhage was lower in the experimental group(P<0.05). Two groups’ maternal complications showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection has significant clinical effect in the treatment of early onset preeclampsia. It may be related to the up-regulation of levels of IGF-1 and PLGF and the improvement of ischemia and anoxia.
