分析罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在剖宫产手术中的麻醉效果

Analysis of the Anesthesia Effect of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil in Cesarean Section

目的讨论罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在剖宫产手术中的麻醉效果。方法将88例于2019年3月—2020年3月期间该院收治的剖宫产产妇作为研究对象随机分为对照组(罗哌卡因)与研究组(罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼),各44例,分析两组麻醉优良率、麻醉效果指标、手术各阶段平均动脉压与心率、不良反应发生率。结果研究组麻醉方案下剖宫产产妇麻醉优良率的97.73%明显高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.416,P<0.05)。研究组麻醉方案下剖宫产产妇麻醉生效时间明显短于对照组,镇痛维持时间明显多于对照组,疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.096、12.762、10.999,P<0.05)。两组剖宫产产妇术前的平均动脉压及心率差异无统计学意义(t=0.436、0.114,P>0.05);研究组麻醉方案下剖宫产产妇麻醉3 min、麻醉10 min及术毕平均动脉压及心率明显稳定于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t平均动脉压=4.942、2.188、2.711,P<0.05;t心率=3.192、4.406、6.199,P<0.05)。研究组麻醉方案下剖宫产产妇不良反应发生率的4.55%明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.311,P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在剖宫产手术中的应用效果及安全性较优。

Objective To discuss the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in cesarean section.Methods A total of 88 women with cesarean sections admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group(ropivacaine)and study group(ropivacaine combined with sufentanil),each with 44 cases,to analyze:the rate of good anesthesia,anesthesia effect index,mean arterial pressure and heart rate in different stages of the surgery,the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the study group(97.73%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.27%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.416,P<0.05).The effective time of anesthesia in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the duration of analgesia was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.096,12.762,10.999,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the two groups(t=0.436,0.114,P>0.05);the study group was anesthetized for 3 min and 10 min under anesthesia The mean arterial pressure and heart rate were statistically significantly stable in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(tmean arterial pressure=4.942,2.188,2.711,P<0.05;theart rate=3.192,4.406,6.199,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of cesarean section in the study group(4.55%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.311,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect and safety of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in cesarean section is better.
