摘要
目的探讨对输尿管结石患者应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗的价值及效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年3月该院收治的68例输尿管结石患者为分析对象,对照组34例施行体外冲击波碎石术,观察组34例应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术,比较两种手术方式的临床治疗效果,对两组患者在手术、住院等方面花费的时间进行分析,统计两组患者的住院费用,并分析两组患者在手术治疗后出现的各类并发症。结果在手术时间方面,观察组的耗时短于对照组,且在住院时间及费用方面,观察组所呈现的指标均少于对照组的相关指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.314,P=0.021);观察组并发症发生率为5.88%,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.221,P=0.040)。结论将输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术应用到输尿管结石的治疗过程中,应用价值明显,值得拓宽应用范围。
Objective To explore the value and effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods From January 2018 to March 2020,68 patients with ureteral calculi on the fingers of the hospital were selected as the analysis objects.34 patients in the control group underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,and 34 patients in the observation group underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Compare the two The clinical treatment effect of this surgical method was to analyze the time spent by the two groups of patients in surgery and hospitalization,count the hospitalization expenses of the two groups of patients,and analyze the various complications of the two groups of patients after surgery.Results In terms of operation time,the time spent in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and in terms of hospitalization time and cost,the observation group showed fewer indicators than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.314,P=0.021);the complication rate in the observation group was 5.88%,which was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.221,P=0.040).Conclusion The application of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of ureteral calculi has obvious value,and it is worth broadening the application scope.
