宫颈病变患者治疗过程中使用LEEP刀的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Using LEEP Knife during Treatment of Patients with Cervical Lesions

目的分析LEEP刀与微波治疗宫颈病变患者的临床效果对比。方法于2017年7月—2019年9月,选取该院收治的80例宫颈病变患者,按照数字表法分为两组,对照组予以微波治疗,观察组予以LEEP刀治疗,并对两组的宫颈修复天数、症状消除天数、总有效率和不良情况发生率进行分析。结果观察组宫颈修复天数(22.24±3.43)d,长于对照组(13.13±3.36)d,差异有统计学意义(t=12.000,P<0.05);观察组症状消失天数(11.43±3.23)d,短于对照组的(18.57±3.31)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.764,P<0.05);观察组总有效率97.50%,比对照组的80.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.135,P=0.013<0.05);观察组宫颈狭窄率与术后90 d宫颈细胞学检查异常率分别为2.50%、5.00%,对照组7.50%、17.50%观察组不良情况发生率7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%(χ2=4.501,P=0.034<0.05)。结论与微波治疗相比,LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变的效果显著,虽然宫颈修复天数较长,但症状消失时间较短,不良情况出现较少。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of LEEP knife and microwave in the treatment of patients with cervical lesions.Methods From July 2017 to September 2019,80 patients with cervical lesions admitted to this hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the digital table method.The control group received microwave treatment,and the observation group received LEEP knife treatment.The cervical repair days,symptom elimination days,total effective rate and incidence of adverse eventsof the two groups and the analysis Results It showed that the number of days for cervical repair in the observation group was(22.24±3.43)d,which was longer than(13.13±3.36)d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.000,P<0.05);the number of days in the observation group that symptoms disappeared(11.43±3.23)d shorter than that of the control group(18.57±3.31)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.764,P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.135,P=0.013<0.05);the observation group of the rate of cervical stenosis and the abnormal rate of cervical cytology at 90 days after surgery were 2.50%and 5.00%,the control group 7.50%and 17.50%;the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.501,P=0.034<0.05).Conclusion Compared with microwave therapy,LEEP knife is effective in treating cervical lesions.Although the cervical repair days are longer,the symptoms disappear in a shorter time and there are fewer adverse events.
