潍坊市区艾滋病疫情及合并机会性感染特征

Characteristics of AIDS epidemic and opportunistic infections in Weifang City

目的了解潍坊市区艾滋病(AIDS)疫情变化趋势及合并机会性感染特征。方法对2012年~2017年潍坊市区报告的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/AIDS病人(简称HIV/AIDS)流行病学资料进行分层分析和AIDS合并机会性感染或伴随症状进行分类统计。结果 HIV/AIDS新发报告299例,2017年报告90例(30.1%),全部病例中奎文区97例(32.5%),潍城区95例(31.8%),高新区38例(12.8%)。发病人群男性284例(95.0%),男女比例为18.9∶1;18~50岁266例(89.0%)。事业单位工作人员66例(22.1%)。文化水平以大专及以上学历者113例(37.8%);经同性性传播201例(67.3%)。AIDS相关机会性感染常见为肺孢子菌肺炎、梅毒和口腔真菌感染,累计部位最常见为呼吸道。合并两种和3种机会性感染人数占20.73%.CD4+ T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)计数≤100个/μl时,发生AIDS相关机会性感染的概率为78.2%(68例)。结论潍坊市区AIDS疫情形势严峻,合并机会性感染多样化。

Objective To understand the changing trend of AIDS epidemic in Weifang City in 2012~2017 and the characteristics of opportunistic infections.Methods A stratified analysis of HIV/AIDS epidemiological data reported by Weifang City in 2012~2017 and classification of AIDS-related opportunistic infections.Results Two hundred and ninty-nine new cases of HIV/AIDS:The largest number of reports in 2017,accounting for 30.1%.The regional distribution was dominated by the three central urban areas of Kuiwen District,Weicheng District and Gaoxin District.The incidence of males was predominant,with a male to female ratio of 18.9∶1.The age of patients was mainly between 18~50 years old,about 266 cases(89.0%).The staff of the public institutions was 66 cases(22.1%).At the cultural level,the highest proportion was college or above,113 cases(37.8%).The main route of transmission was still sexual transmission,with the same sex was 201 cases(67.3%).Opportunistic infections were more common as Pneumocystis pneumonia,syphilis and oral fungal infections.The most common infected site was the respiratory tract.The combined two or three opportunistic infections was the highest,accounting for 20.73%.When the number of CD4^+ T cells was≤100/μl,opportunistic infections was 78.2%(68 cases).Conclusion The situation of AIDS epidemic in Weifang City was very serious,and opportunistic infections were diversified.
