青蛤活性物质的研究现状

The Study of Bioactive Compounds from Cyclina sinensis

青蛤(Cyclina sinensis)是我国沿海地区常见的养殖贝类,其化学成分种类丰富,含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、糖分、无机元素等。从青蛤中提取的活性物质具有促进免疫应答、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、刺激酵母细胞增殖等作用。通过查阅近年来国内外的相关文献,就青蛤活性物质的研究进行系统综述,以期为青蛤产品的开发提供依据和参考。

Cyclina sinensis is a common cultured shellfish in coastal areas of China.Its chemical composition variety is rich,including protein,fat,carbohydrate,sugar and inorganic elements.The bioactive compounds from C.sinensis have promote immune response,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-bacterial and stimulate yeast cell proliferation.This paper reviewed the advances on the bioactive compounds from C.sinensis,which provided basis and reference for the development of C.sinensis products.
