基于食品科学与工程专业毕业设计的“食品工程CAD”课程教学的思考

Reflections on Curriculum Construction of Food Engineering CAD Major Based on Graduation Project of Food Science and Engineering

食品科学与工程专业是工科专业,优良的工程素质在整个培养过程中至关重要。毕业设计是本科培养计划中的最后一个综合性实践教学环节,毕业设计中大部分学生需要完成工程制图内容。作为食品科学与工程专业的主要课程,“食品工程CAD”课程对于培养学生的工程能力具有重要作用。分析了学生在毕业设计中存在的问题,针对计算机绘图能力不强、工艺流程图绘制不规范和不熟悉绘图国家标准的现象,提出在增强学生的计算机绘图能力、强调国家标准的作用和提高学生对课程的学习兴趣方面进行课程改革与实践,获得良好效果。

Food science and engineering major is an engineering specialty,excellent engineering quality is very important during the whole training process.Graduation project is the last comprehensive practical teaching link in the undergraduate education plan,in which most students need to complete the engineering drawing.As one of the major courses,Food Engineering CAD course plays an important role in the cultivation of students'engineering ability.In view of the phenomenon that the computer drawing ability was not strong,the process flow chart drawing was not standard and was not familiar with the national standard of drawing.This paper analyzed the problems existing in graduation project,emphasized the role of national standards and improved students'interest in the course,suggestions of the curriculum reform and practice were put forward,which achieved good results.
