摘要
“食品毒理学”在食品质量与安全专业的课程设置中占有重要的地位。从对该课程的理论与实践教学经验出发,提出了在教学过程中发现的问题,并对其改进方法的策略进行了分析,以提高“食品毒理学”课程的教学质量。
Food Toxicology plays an important role in the curriculum of food quality and safety.Based on the author's many years of theoretical and practical teaching experience in this course,this paper put forward the problems found in the teaching process of this course,and analyzed the strategies for improving the methods,in order to improve the teaching quality of Food Toxicology course.
