摘要
针对我国高校“食品试验设计方法”课程理论性较强,但教学目标却与科学研究、生产实践相关度较高,教师在讲授该课程时面临教学内容和方法输入与学生理解、掌握和应用方面输出匹配方面的问题;提出从优化课堂教学内容、改进课程教学手段与方法、实施考核指标多元化等方面入手,以专业特色和科研动态内容提高课堂内容的丰富性和针对性,以案例教学法增强课堂的互动性和实践性,以多元考核的方式有效检验学生的学习效果,为提升高校食品学科的教学质量提供参考。
Experimental Design and Data Analysis, as a specialty course of food science and engineering, is an important knowledge reserve for cultivating engineering innovative talents. However,the teacher also face the problem of abstract content and monotonous teaching means and method. This paper proposes the solutions of optimizing teaching in classroom,improving teaching means and methods, and implementing of diversified assessment to improve the course’s effect. In this case, the richness and pertinence of teaching would be improved by introduction of specialty characteristics and scientific research trends.And the interactivity and practicality of classroom would be improved by case study. Furthermore,effective examination of students’ learning would be improved by means of multiple assessment. Finally,the exploration of this paper provides reference for improving the teaching quality of food discipline in colleges and universities.
