大学生的思政课获得感:现状分析与提升路径 被引量:2

摘要 进入新时代以来,如何增强大学生的思政课获得感,是思想政治教育理论界思考的一个重要问题。基于文献研究方法,可以发现,在一些大学生中,存在着学习思政课的内驱力较弱、情感体验不佳以及思政课的实效性不强等现象。导致这些现象产生的原因主要有:大学生价值判断中的困惑,削弱了大学生的思政课获得感;有的思政课教师因缺乏对大学生的深入了解,教学针对性较弱,影响了大学生的思政课获得感;思政课的某些教学模式过于“固定化”,不利于大学生思政课获得感的提升。因此,提升大学生的思政课获得感,既需要思政课教学秉持“以学生为本”的教学理念,恰当运用有针对性的教学方法,又需要高校营造具有亲和力的育人氛围,不断提高思政课教师队伍的整体素质。 In the new era,it is an important issue in the field of ideological and political education theory to intensify college students’sense of achievement.The literature review in this paper reveals the problems of the ideological and political courses,such as weak internal drive,poor emotional experience and ineffectiveness.These are mainly the result of confusion in value judgment on the part of the college students and less pertinence of the ideological and political courses which weakens students’sense of achievement of ideological and political courses;in addition,the teaching modes of ideological and political courses are too rigid to be conducive to the improvement of students’sense of achievement.Therefore,to enhance college students’sense of achievement of ideological and political course,we must not only adhere to the“student-oriented”teaching philosophy,but also create a friendly atmosphere of education in colleges and universities,and continuously improve the overall quality of ideological and political course teachers.
