论高校“三全育人”的实现路径

On Pathways towards“3-All Education”in Higher Education

作为一项系统工程,高校“立德树人”必须保持其育人的正向性、一致性、持续性,在实践中落实“三全育人”。高校的“三全育人”要做到全员育人,使家庭、学校、社会同向发力;全过程育人,把经常性教育和特殊教育相结合;全方位育人,使教育、管理、服务一体协同。

As a systematic project,“Building Integrity and Ethics”in higher education must be positive,cohesive and sustaining at all phases and in all settings through cooperation of all parties.Schools,families and the society should work together,special education should be combined with regular education,and education,management and service should be coordinated in order to make sure that the education is positive,coherent and continuous.
