社会网络中公众信息免疫力的意涵及培养路径

The Implication and Cultivation Path of Public Information Immunity in Social Network

对信息免疫力概念的界定与基本内容的把握,是开展社会网络公众群体在信息疫情中免疫能力的基础。基于信息素养、社会科学和健康科学理论,在现有理论研究进展基础上,界定“信息免疫力”的核心内涵,剖析与之密切相关的各类型免疫力的源起背景,建立信息免疫能力内容体系。培养目标是使公众在开放的网络环境中,面向公众行为构建信息免疫能力培养体系,从健康人格、内容筛查、生态环境、监管制度等维度出发,为打造“网络谣言”传播风险的多元防范联动机制奠定理论基础。

The definition of the concept of information immunity and the grasp of the basic content are the basis for developing the immunity of social network public groups in the information epidemic.Based on the theories of information literacy,social science and health science,this paper defines the core connotation of“information immunity”,analyzes the origin and background of various types of immunity closely related to it,and establishes the content system of information immunity ability on the basis of the existing theoretical research progress.The training goal is to enable the public to build an information immunity training system for public behavior in an open network environment.Starting from the dimensions of healthy personality,content screening,ecological environment,regulatory system and so on,this paper proposes to for building the multiple linkage mechanism to lay a theoretical foundation.
