大学英语教师心理赋权叙事研究

摘要 文章对3位心理赋权水平较高的大学英语教师进行了个案叙事研究,通过运用Labov叙事分析和批评话语分析等方法对15个情节相对完整的叙事进行分析后发现,大学英语教师心理赋权是由教师对工作意义、胜任力、自主性、影响力和地位等维度积极感知和体验而构成的整体,其影响因素有个体内在因素和外在环境因素。心理赋权对大学英语教师专业发展产生积极效果,表现为促进教师认知、情感和能力的发展。研究对大学英语教师的专业发展提供了较新颖的视角。 In this study 3 college English teachers with higher level of psychological empowerment were selected as the subjects of narrative case,and data were collected from their 15 stories and analyzed with the methods of Labov’s narrative analysis and critical discourse analysis.The results show that college English teacher’s psychological empowerment was an integrity composed of teacher’s positive perception and experience towards meaningfulness,competence,autonomy,impact and status which were influenced by individual and environmental factors;and that psychological empowerment had positive effects on teacher’s professional development in their cognition,emotion and capability.This study provides an original perspective for college English teachers professional development.
