科研诚信视角下的人文社科国际学术论文撤稿特征研究

Research on the Humanities and Social Sciences International Academic Papers Retraction Characteristics from the Perspective of Scientific Research Integrity

[目的/意义]近年来",撤稿"成为揭露学术不端的一个重要途径,但是人文社会科学领域撤稿问题并未得到关注,因此有必要从科研诚信视角下开展研究。[方法/过程]文章利用撤稿观察数据库对国际人文社科领域的撤稿情况进行了统计及分析。[结果/结论]研究发现,2009年以来,国际人文社科撤稿数量迅速增长,学术不端是撤稿的主要原因;优质期刊和出版社撤稿数量和比例较高,发现问题和处理问题的能力更强;跨学科领域是撤稿问题的高发地带;批量撤稿通常与学术不端有关,部分作者学术不端行为有一定连续性;撤稿实施难度较大。建议重视人文社科领域撤稿现象,关注重点问题和领域,推进撤稿信息的规范、公开、共享,保护期刊撤稿积极性。

[Purpose/significance]In recent years,"retracted articles"have become an important way of exposing academic misconduct,but the issue of retractions was not stressed in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities(SSH).Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research from the perspective of research integrity.[Method/process]The retraction situation of SSH in the world was statistically analyzed by using the retraction watch database.[Result/conclusion]Since 2009,the number of retractions of SSH has increased rapidly,and academic misconduct is the main reason for the retractions;more retractions of high-quality journals and publishers reflect their stronger ability to find and deal with questionable articles;interdisciplinary fields are the high incidence area of retractions;batch retraction is usually related to academic misconduct,and the academic misconducts of some authors are continuous;it is difficult to retract articles.It is suggested that we should pay attention to retractions in SSH,keep an eye on the key issues and fields,promote the standardization,openness and sharing of the retraction information,and protect the enthusiasm of journal editorsonretractions.
