加味丹参饮联合西药治疗气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Jiawei Danshen Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Stable Angina Pectoris of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的加味丹参饮联合西药治疗气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将96例患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组单硝酸异山梨酯20 mg/次,2次/d;阿司匹林100 mg/次,1次/d;阿托伐他汀钙10 mg/次,每晚服用;美托洛尔12.5 mg/次,2次/d,治疗1个月。观察组在对照组基础上予以加味丹参饮,药用丹参20 g,檀香6 g,砂仁6 g,赤芍10 g,川芎6 g,红花6 g,当归10 g,生地黄12 g,郁金10 g,黄芪20 g,炙甘草10 g,200 mL/次,2次/d,早晚温服。治疗1个月。观测两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、心绞痛频率、心绞痛持续时间。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前,两组心绞痛频率、心绞痛持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,两组心绞痛频率、心绞痛持续时间均降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味丹参饮联合西药治疗气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛,可提高临床疗效,改善体征和心绞痛症状,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Jiawei Danshen decoction combined with western medicine on stable angina pectoris of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 96 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(48 cases in each).In the control group,the patients werre given isosorbide mononitrate 20 mg/time,twice a day;aspirin 100 mg/time,once a day,atorvastatin calcium 10 mg/time every night,metoprolol 12.5 mg/time,twice a day,treating for one month.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Jiawei Danshen decoction,200 mL/time,twice a day,taking in the morning and evening.The treatment lasted for 1 month.The clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,frequency of angina pectoris and duration of angina pectoris were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05)and the observation group’s score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the frequency or duration of angina between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group’s frequency and duration of angina were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Danshen decoction combined with western medicine can improve the clinical effect,the physical signs and symptoms of angina pectoris.
