生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃、凯格尔运动治疗产后盆底功能障碍的效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃、凯格尔运动治疗产后盆底功能障碍的效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年2月我院收治的98例盆底功能障碍患者,按治疗方式不同分为两组。对照组(52例)采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,联合组(46例)采用生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃、凯格尔运动治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的盆底肌纤维肌力等级、阴道动态压力、疲劳度和尿失禁症状改善情况。结果治疗后,联合组Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力优于对照组,阴道动态压力与尿失禁症状改善显效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃、凯格尔运动治疗产后盆底功能障碍的临床效果较好,能够有效改善盆底肌力与压力性尿失禁症状。 Objective To evaluate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell and Kegel exercise in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 98 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(52 cases)was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation,and the combined group(46 cases)was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbells and Kegel exercise.The pelvic floor muscle fiber grade,vaginal dynamic pressure,fatigue degree and improvement of urinary incontinence symptoms after treatment were compared between groups.Results After treatment,the typeⅠand typeⅡmuscle fiber strength in the combined group were better than those in the control group,and the vaginal dynamic pressure and the apparent rate of improvement of urinary incontinence symptoms were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the fatigue degree of typeⅠand typeⅡmuscle fibers between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbells and Kegel exercise has better clinical effect in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,and can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle strength and stress incontinence symptoms.
