腹腔镜手术治疗急性机械性小肠梗阻的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Acute Mechanical Small Bowel Obstruction

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗急性机械性小肠梗阻患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2010年1月至2019年12月收治的130例急性机械性小肠梗阻患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组的手术治疗指标和术后并发症情况。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门首次排气时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为4.62%,明显低于对照组的15.38%(P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗急性机械性小肠梗阻具有创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少的优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with acute mechanical small bowel obstruction.Methods 130 cases of patients with acute mechanical small bowel obstruction admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The operation treatment indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,first anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.62%,significantly lower than 15.38%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of acute mechanical small bowel obstruction has advantages of less trauma,rapid postoperative recovery,and fewer complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
