大株红景天注射液联合美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Sofren Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Heart Failure

目的观察大株红景天注射液联合美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2019年6月我院收治的50例心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各25例,对照组采用美托洛尔口服治疗,观察组采用大株红景天注射液联合美托洛尔治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的心功能指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的心功能指标均有所改善(P <0.05);观察组的LVEF、 6MWT优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的hs-CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论大株红景天注射液结合美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭患者能够改善其心功能与炎症水平,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sofren injection combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with heart failure.Methods 50 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol orally,and the observation group was treated with Sofren injection combined with metoprolol.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the heart function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart function indicators of the two groups improved(P>0.05);The LVEF and 6MWT of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the hs-CRP level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hs-CRP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sofren injection combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with heart failure can improve the heart function and inflammatory level,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
