复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets Combined with Entecavir in the Treatment of Patients with Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的观察复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年10月至2019年10月收治的乙肝肝硬化患者64例,随机分为两组各32例。对照组行恩替卡韦治疗,实验组行复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的肝功能指标(AST、 ALT、 TBil)及肝纤维化指标(PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、 HA、 LN)。结果实验组的总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的71.88%(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的AST、 ALT、 TBil、 PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、 HA、 LN水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组的AST、 ALT、 TBil、 PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、 HA、 LN水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化患者的效果确切,可有效改善其肝功能,抑制肝纤维化,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Biejia Ruangan tablets combined with entecavir in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods 64 cases of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir,and the experimental group was treated with compound Biejia Ruangan tablet combined with entecavir.The clinical efficacy,and the liver function indicators(AST,ALT,TBil)and liver fibrosis indicators(PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C,HA,LN)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.88%,higher than 71.88%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the levels of AST,ALT,TBil,PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C,HA and LN between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of AST,ALT,TBil,PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C,HA and LN in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compound Biejia Ruangan tablets combined with entecavir in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis has exact effect,and can effectively improve the liver function and inhibit the liver fibrosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
