硫酸特布他林雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Aerosol Inhalation of Terbutaline Sulfate Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Children with Cough after Infection

目的观察硫酸特布他林雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年8月我院收治的感染后咳嗽患儿90例,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组服用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合采用硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后5 d、 10 d的咳嗽症状评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的咳嗽症状改善时间、消失时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率和复发率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论硫酸特布他林雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床效果显著,可有效改善患儿的咳嗽症状,缩短其咳嗽症状改善时间和消失时间,且复发率及不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of terbutaline sulfate combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough after infection.Methods 90 children with cough after infection admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets,and the observation group was treated with aerosol inhalation of terbutaline sulfate on this basis.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The cough symptom scores at 5 days and 10 days after treatment of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time and disappearance time of cough symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Aerosol inhalation of terbutaline sulfate combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough after infection has significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the cough symptoms,and shorten the improvement time and disappearance time of cough symptoms,with lower recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
