加味真武汤辅助治疗对慢性肾小球肾炎患者尿素氮、肌酐水平的影响

Influence of Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction Adjuvant Treatment on Urea Nitrogen and Creatinine Levels of Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的观察加味真武汤辅助治疗对慢性肾小球肾炎患者尿素氮、肌酐水平的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2018年7月我院收治的78例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为对照组(n=39)和研究组(n=39)。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在此基础上采用加味真武汤辅助治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为94.87%,明显高于对照组的79.49%(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的血肌酐、尿素氮、 24 h蛋白定量水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的血肌酐、尿素氮、 24 h蛋白定量水平均低于治疗前,且研究组的血肌酐、尿素氮、 24 h蛋白定量水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论加味真武汤辅助治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者的肾功能及相关临床症状。

Objective To observe the influence of Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction adjuvant treatment on urea nitrogen and creatinine levels of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 78 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=39)and study group(n=39).The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction adjuvant treatment on this basis.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.87%,significantly higher than 79.49%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and 24 h protein quantitative level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and 24 h protein quantitative levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and 24 h protein quantitative levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction adjuvant treatment in chronic glomerulonephritis has definite clinical effect,which can effectively improve the renal function and related clinical symptoms of patients.
