益母草注射液联合缩宫素在顺产初产妇产后出血预防中的应用

Application of Motherwort Injection Combined with Oxytocin in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage of Primiparas with Natural Birth

目的探讨益母草注射液联合缩宫素在顺产初产妇产后出血预防中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年6月于我院分娩的顺产初产妇220例,随机分为两组各110例。对照组分娩后肌注缩宫素预防产后出血,观察组在对照组基础上采用益母草注射液预防产后出血,比较两组的临床疗效、产后出血量及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为98.18%,高于对照组的78.18%(P <0.05)。观察组产后2 h、 12 h、 24 h出血量均低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率(16.36%vs.13.64%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素在顺产初产妇产后出血预防中的疗效确切,可有效促进产妇宫缩,减少产后出血量,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of motherwort injection combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of primiparas with natural birth.Methods 220 primiparas delivered in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 110 cases in each group.The control group was given intramuscular injection of oxytocin after delivery for preventing the postpartum hemorrhage,and the observation group received motherwort injection on the basis of the control group for preventing the postpartum hemorrhage.The clinical efficacy,postpartum blood loss and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.18%,higher than 78.18%of the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum 2 h,12 h and 24 h blood loss of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(16.36%vs.13.64%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Motherwort injection combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of primiparas with natural birth has exact effect,which can effectively promote the maternal contractions,and reduce the postpartum hemorrhage,with higher safety.
