N-乙酰半胱氨酸胶囊联合氨茶碱对AECOPD患者血气指标及肺功能的影响

Influence of N-Acetylcysteine Capsules Combined with Aminophylline on Blood Gas Indicators and Lung Function of AECOPD Patients

目的探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸胶囊联合氨茶碱对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血气指标及肺功能的影响。方法将我院收治的100例AECOPD患者平均分为两组。对照组采用氨茶碱治疗,观察组采用N-乙酰半胱氨酸胶囊联合氨茶碱治疗,比较两组的血气指标及肺功能。结果治疗2周后,两组患者的SaO2、 PaO2、 FEV1、 FEV1/FVC、 PEF均上升,PaCO2、 RV/TLC均下降,且观察组的SaO2、 PaO2、 FEV1、 FEV1/FVC、 PEF高于对照组,PaCO2、 RV/TLC低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 N-乙酰半胱氨酸胶囊联合氨茶碱治疗AECOPD的效果显著,可调节患者的血气指标,改善其肺功能。

Objective To explore the influence of N-acetylcysteine capsules combined with aminophylline on blood gas indicators and lung function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 100 AECOPD patients admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups equally.The control group was treated with aminophylline,and the observation group was treated with N-acetylcysteine capsules combined with aminophylline.The blood gas indicators and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the SaO2,PaO2,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF of the two groups increased,and the PaCO2 and RV/TLC decreased(P<0.05);The SaO2,PaO2,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PaCO2 and RV/TLC were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions N-acetylcysteine capsules combined with aminophylline has significant effect in the treatment of AECOPD,which can regulate the blood gas indicators,and improve the lung function of patients.
