脑心通联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Naoxintong Combined with Ruisuvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Carotid Atherosclerosis of Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨脑心通联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化的效果。方法选取2016年8月至2019年8月我院收治的60例脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为两组各30例。观察组采用脑心通胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血脂(TG、 TC、 LDL-C、 HDL-C)水平、颈动脉斑块面积及IMT、 Hcy水平。结果治疗后,两组患者的TG、 TC、 LDL-C、 Hcy、 IMT水平及颈动脉斑块面积均低于治疗前,HDL-C水平高于治疗前(P <0.05);观察组的TG、 TC、 LDL-C、 Hcy、 IMT水平及颈动脉斑块面积均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论与瑞舒伐他汀钙片单独治疗相比,脑心通联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化可明显改善患者的血脂水平,降低IMT、 Hcy水平,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Naoxintong combined with ruisuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis of cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with carotid atherosclerosis of cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Naoxintong capsules combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and the control group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets.The blood lipid(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C)levels,carotid plaque area,and IMT and Hcy levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TG、TC、LDL-C,Hcy and IMT levels and the carotid plaque area of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the HDL-C levels were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The TG、TC、LDL-C,Hcy and IMT levels and the carotid plaque area of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the HDL-C level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with resuvastatin calcium tablets alone,Naoxintong combined with resuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis of cerebral infarction can significantly improve the blood lipid levels,and reduce the IMT and Hcy levels,which is worthy of promotion and application.
