阿托伐他汀联合替米沙坦治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的疗效及对炎性指标、黏附分子的影响

Efficacy of Atorvastatin Combined with Telmisartan in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus and the Influence on Inflammatory Indicators and Adhesion Molecules

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合替米沙坦治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的疗效及对炎性指标及黏附分子的影响。方法选取冠心病合并糖尿病患者95例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=48)。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用替米沙坦治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%,明显高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CRP、 IL-6、 IL-8、 TNF-α、 VCAM-1、 ICAM-1水平均低于治疗前,且观察组的CRP、 IL-6、 IL-8、 TNF-α、 VCAM-1、 ICAM-1水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合替米沙坦治疗冠心病合并糖尿病效果显著,可明显降低患者的炎性反应,改善黏附分子的异常状态。

Objective To explore the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with telmisartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus and the influence on inflammatory indicators and adhesion molecules.Methods 95 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=48)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with telmisartan on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.74%,significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the CRP,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin combined with telmisartan in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus has significant effect,which can significantly reduce the inflammatory response,and improve the abnormal state of adhesion molecules.
