噻托溴铵联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗COPD合并肺部感染的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Tiotropium Bromide Combined with Cefoperazone Sulbactam in the Treatment of COPD Complicated with Pulmonary Infection

目的观察噻托溴铵联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺部感染的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的110例COPD合并肺部感染患者,随机分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组给予常规治疗以及头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用噻托溴铵治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组的85.45%(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的T/D、 WA、 WA%比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗2周后,观察组的T/D、 WA、 WA%均低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论噻托溴铵联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗COPD合并肺部感染患者的临床疗效显著,可有效避免气道重塑,且安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of tiotropium bromide combined with cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods 110 COPD patients with pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium based on routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide based on the control group.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.36%,significantly higher than 85.45%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the T/D,WA and WA%between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the T/D,WA and WA%of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusions Tiotropium bromide combined with cefoperazone sulbactam has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of COPD patients with pulmonary infection,and can effectively avoid the airway remodeling,which is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
