麻杏石甘汤加味辅助治疗支原体肺炎患儿的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction in Adjuvant Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

摘要 目的分析麻杏石甘汤加味辅助治疗支原体肺炎患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月我院收治的支原体肺炎患儿74例,随机分为对照组和观察组各37例。两组均给予常规治疗。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用麻杏石甘汤加味辅助治疗。比较两组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽好转时间、啰音消失时间、 X线片恢复时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的退热时间、咳嗽好转时间、啰音消失时间及X线片恢复时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的64.86%(P <0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论采用麻杏石甘汤加味辅助治疗支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果显著,可有效缩短患儿的康复时间,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Maxing Shigan Decoction in adjuvant treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 74 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 37 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with modified Maxing Shigan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The antipyretic time,cough improvement time,rale disappearance time,X-ray film recovery time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,cough improvement time,rale disappearance time and X-ray film recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.59%,significantly higher than 64.86%in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment.Conclusions Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction in adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia has significant clinical effect,and can effectively shorten the recovery time of children,with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
