集束化护理在老年人静脉输液中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Cluster Nursing in the Elderly Intravenous Infusion

目的观察集束化护理在老年人静脉输液中的效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2018年12月的689例老年输液患者作为常规组,实施常规管理模式;选择我院2019年1月至2019年5月的302例老年输液患者作为研究组,实施集束化护理。观察两组患者的输液情况、满意度及生活质量。结果两组患者的穿刺成功率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组的输液渗漏及拔针后出血、淤血发生率均低于常规组(P <0.05)。研究组的满意度为98.68%,高于常规组的88.82%(P <0.05)。入院时,两组患者的生活质量评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);出院时,研究组的生活质量评分高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论集束化护理可有效降低老年人静脉输液穿刺后的渗漏、出血、淤血发生率,提高护理满意度和生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the effect of cluster nursing in the elderly intravenous infusion.Methods 689 elderly patients with intravenous infusion in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the routine group,and given routine management mode.302 elderly patients with intravenous infusion in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019 were selected as the study group,and given cluster nursing.The infusion situation,satisfaction degree and quality of life in the two groups were observed.Results No statistical difference was found in the success rate of puncture between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of transfusion leakage,and bleeding and congestion after needle removal in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the study group was 98.68%,higher than 88.82%of the routine group(P<0.05).At admission,no statistical difference was found in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At discharge,the quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of leakage,bleeding and congestion after elderly intravenous infusion puncture,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
