摘要
目的分析气道优化护理干预对预防ICU机械通气患者发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月于我院ICU行机械通气治疗的62例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各31例。两组均采用常规护理,在此基础上,对照组采用传统气道护理干预,观察组采用气道优化护理干预。比较两组的机械通气时间、 ICU监护时间及呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率。结果观察组的机械通气时间、 ICU监护时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率为3.23%,明显低于对照组的25.81%(P <0.05)。结论气道优化护理干预可有效缩短ICU机械通气患者机械通气时间及ICU监护时间,降低其呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of airway optimization nursing intervention on prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods 62 cases of patients with mechanical ventilation in our ICU from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing.On this basis,the control group was given traditional airway nursing intervention,while the observation group was given airway optimization nursing intervention.The mechanical ventilation time,ICU monitoring time and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia were compared between the two groups.Results The mechanical ventilation time and ICU monitoring time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was 3.23%,significantly lower than 25.81%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Airway optimization nursing intervention can effectively shorten the mechanical ventilation time and ICU monitoring time of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation,and reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
