计划性护理联合放松疗法在抑郁症患者中的应用

Application of Planned Nursing Combined with Relaxation Therapy in Patients with Depression

目的探讨计划性护理联合放松疗法在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年9月至2019年8月收治的抑郁症患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用计划性护理联合放松疗法。比较两组患者护理前后的抑郁程度及认知功能。结果护理前,两组的SDS评分、 HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SDS评分、 HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。护理前,两组的RBANS各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的RBANS各项评分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论计划性护理联合放松疗法可有效降低抑郁症患者的抑郁程度,提高其认知功能。

Objective To explore the application effect of planned nursing combined with relaxation therapy in patients with depression.Methods 50 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received planned nursing combined with relaxation therapy on the basis of the control group.The depression degree and cognitive function before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,no statistical difference was found in the SDS score and HAMD score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SDS score and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,no statistical difference was found in the scores of RBANS between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of RBANS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Planned nursing combined with relaxation therapy can effectively reduce the depression degree and improve the cognitive function in patients with depression.
