精细化管理理念优化护理流程在急性脑梗死患者中的应用

Application of Optimized Nursing Process Based on Refined Management Concept in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨精细化管理理念优化护理流程在急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年11月我院收治的ACI患者88例,根据入院顺序不同分为常规组和优化组各44例。常规组实施常规急救护理流程,优化组实施精细化管理理念优化护理流程。对比两组的分诊评估时间、相关检查时间、开始溶栓时间、急诊滞留时间及并发症发生情况。结果优化组的分诊评估时间、相关检查时间、开始溶栓时间及急诊滞留时间均短于常规组(P <0.05)。优化组的并发症发生率为4.55%,低于常规组的18.18%(P <0.05)。结论精细化管理理念优化护理流程应用于ACI患者效果显著,可有效缩短急救时间,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of optimized nursing process based on refined management concept in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 88 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to November 2018 were selected and divided into routine group and optimized group according to the admission order,with 44 cases in each group.The routine group received routine emergency nursing process,and the optimized group received optimized nursing process based on refined management concept.The triage evaluation time,relative examination time,thrombolysis start time,emergency detention time,and the complications were compared between the two groups.Results The triage evaluation time,relative examination time,thrombolysis start time and emergency detention time of the optimized group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the optimized group was 4.55%,lower than 18.18%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimized nursing process based on refined management concept in ACI patients has significant effect,and can effectively shorten the emergency time,and reduce the complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
