多维度康复模式对精神分裂症患者自尊水平及社会支持的影响

Influence of Multi-Dimensional Rehabilitation Mode on Self-Esteem Level and Social Support in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨多维度康复模式对精神分裂症患者自尊水平及社会支持的影响。方法选择2018年10月至2019年10月我院收治的60例精神分裂症患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用多维度康复模式,比较两组患者护理后的自尊水平(SES)、社会支持(SSRS)及阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分。结果护理后,两组的SES、 SSRS评分均升高,PANSS评分均降低,且观察组的SES、 SSRS评分高于对照组,PANSS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者采用多维度康复模式,可提高其自尊心水平及社会支持,改善其精神症状,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the influence of multi-dimensional rehabilitation mode on self-esteem level and social support in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional rehabilitation mode.The self-esteem level(SES),social support(SSRS)and positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores after nursing of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SES and SSRS scores of the two groups increased,and the PANSS scores decreased(P<0.05);The SES and SSRS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PANSS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-dimensional rehabilitation mode in patients with schizophrenia can improve the self-esteem level and social support,and improve the mental symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
