风险管理应用于儿内科护理的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Risk Management in the Application of Pediatric Nursing

目的观察风险管理应用于儿内科护理的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年6月我院儿内科收治的120例患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组实施风险管理,对照组实施常规管理。比较两组的风险事件发生率、家属的护理满意度及对各项管理的认可度。结果观察组的风险事件发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的16.67%(P <0.05)。观察组的医疗纠纷发生率为1.67%,与对照组的5.00%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组患儿家属对风险教育、心理管控和治疗管控的认可度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度为98.33%,显著高于对照组的81.67%(P <0.05)。结论风险管理应用于儿内科护理中可减少风险事件与医疗纠纷的发生,提高患儿家属的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of risk management in the application of pediatric nursing.Methods 120 pediatric children admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was given risk management,and the control group was given routine management.The incidence of risk events,and the nursing satisfaction degree and management recognition of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of risk events in the observation group was 3.33%,significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of medical disputes in the observation group was 1.67%,which had no statistical difference with 5.00%in the control group(P>0.05).The recognition to risk education,psychological control and treatment control of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of family members in the observation group was 98.33%,significantly higher than 81.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Risk management in the application of pediatric nursing can reduce the risk events and medical disputes,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of family members,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
