聚焦解决护理模式对胎膜早破产妇分娩方式及母婴结局的影响

Influence of Focused Solution Nursing Mode on Delivery Mode and Maternal and Infant Outcomes of Puerperas with Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的探讨聚焦解决护理模式对胎膜早破产妇分娩方式及母婴结局的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的100例胎膜早破产妇,随机分为两组各50例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上采用聚焦解决护理模式。对比两组的分娩方式及母婴结局。结果干预后,观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组,不良母婴结局发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论聚焦解决护理模式可提高胎膜早破产妇的自然分娩率,改善母婴结局。

Objective To explore the influence of focused solution nursing mode on delivery mode and maternal and infant outcomes of puerperas with premature rupture of membranes.Methods 100 puerperas with premature rupture of membranes admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing mode,and the observation group received focused solution nursing mode on this basis.The delivery mode and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Focused solution nursing mode can improve the natural delivery rate of puerperas with premature rupture of membranes,and improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
