基于LabVIEW的PLC控制刀具库设计与实现

摘要 为了顺应无人工厂发展的趋势和实现远距离控制生产制造,文章结合LabVIEW和PLC,设计虚拟刀具库并实现远程操作刀具库。首先设计PLC控制刀具库的硬件电路,然后分析基于PLC的刀具库控制原理并设计相应的控制程序,最后编写LabVIEW程序及其交互界面,实现上位机LabVIEW程序实时监控PLC控制电机的运行和刀具库的换刀。 Aiming at Following the trend of unmanned factory and the realization of manufacture remote control, this paper combines LabVIEW and PLC to design avirtual cutter library and realize remote operation of the tool library. Firstly, the hardware circuit of PLC controlling cutter library. The cutter library control principle based PLC is analyzed. The PLC control program is designed. Finally, the LabVIEW program and interactive interface is programmed. The cutter library Based on LabVIEW and PLC realized that the LabVIEW program monitors the motor running controlled by PLC and tool changing of the cutter library.
