With the development of digitalization, the communication mode of network platform course resources has changed. Learning with the help of Internet platform has become the best learning method for most students. Online learning platform meets the personalized and diversified needs of students at all levels. As a form of works, online open education resources are faced with complex problems of value evaluation and copyright protection in the process of its construction and operation. According to the importance of online learning IP, this paper puts forward a middle platform model of value evaluation and rights protection of online learning platform based on blockchain, so as to solve the problems of uneven quality of Internet learning platform and copyright infringement of teaching resources, and provide new ideas for improving the quality of online learning platform.
