大力实施乡村振兴战略,就是要提升乡村的社会经济水平和治理能力,增强广大农民获得感、幸福感,使乡村整体富裕起来,共同奔向全面小康。乡村振兴的支点在于将完善乡村治理机制和发展特色资源、特色产业及激励内生动力等有机结合起来,构建具有区域特色的乡村振兴路径,推动农业农村可持续发展。

The vigorously implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is to improve the socio-economic level and governance ability of rural areas,enhance the sense of contentment and happiness of the masses of farmers,and make the whole rural area rich,jointly running to a well-off society.The fulcrum of rural revitalization is to combine the improvement of rural governance mechanism with the development of characteristic resources,characteristic industries and incentive endogenous power,to build a path of rural revitalization with regional characteristics,and to promote the sustainable development of agricultural and rural areas.
