酒精依赖性抑郁患者脑灰质结构改变的磁共振研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨酒精依赖性抑郁患者脑灰质结构的改变。方法选取酒精依赖性抑郁患者44例为实验组,健康志愿者44例为对照组。两组均行MRI检查。比较两组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及MRI影像学资料,分析脑灰质结构的变化。结果实验组HAMD及HAMA评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。实验组患者的脑灰质结构出现一定程度的萎缩右侧额叶中央前回右侧顶叶中央后回左侧顶叶中央旁小叶及左侧后扣带会灰质体积均明显减少,额叶、颜叶、杏仁核、海马、丘脑和基底神经节均出现异常。结论MRI检查脑灰质结构与形态有利于酒精依赖性抑郁患者的诊断,值得临床推广。
